World's Largest Dinosaur

Earlier this week my friend Andrea and I took a day trip up to Drumheller, Alberta to explore a few of the local landmarks.  The 86 foot tall 'World's Largest Dinosaur' at the tourist centre was our first stop, and much like the T-Rex in Cabazon, we were able to walk up and enjoy the view from inside of the dinosaur's mouth.

The landmark is four times larger than an actual Tyrannosaurus Rex ever was, and standing at the top you could actually feel the dinosaur swaying slightly in the wind.  It was a pretty cool experience, it made for some fun pictures, and it only cost us $3 to do. Not a bad way to kick off a day in the badlands.
