Shibuya Scramble Crossing in Tokyo, Japan

As one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in the world, Shibuya Crossing (or Shibuya Scramble) in Tokyo, Japan can see upwards of 3000 people flood the street with every light change. The spectacle of this rotation between pedestrians and traffic is fascinating to watch, incredibly Japanese in its efficiency, and has made the scramble one of Tokyo's most featured locales.

Blackbird at the National Air and Space Museum

A few visuals of a Lockheed SR-71 "Blackbird" on display at the Udvar-Hazy Center, part of the National Air and Space Museum in Virginia. The Blackbird was a revolutionary, Mach 3+ reconnaissance aircraft that was in operation from 1966 until the late 90s.

Connecticut State Capitol in Hartford

Completed in 1878, the Connecticut State Capitol in Hartford is the third (and current) capitol building for the State of Connecticut since the American Revolution. It's noted for being one of the largest buildings done in the Eastlake style, and is often ranked highly as one of the most beautiful capitol buildings in the United States.
