From icy shores to marshmallow looking trees, this winter shoot around Lake Tahoe on the borders of Nevada and California was a blessing in disguise after arriving just a few days after a blizzard hit. With snowdrifts burying cabins and mountain passes like caverns, the scene was an interesting combination of a winter wonderland and an episode of Man Vs. Wild.
As I continue experimenting with ways of capturing night skies and landmarks together, I wanted to quickly share a new image featuring the Calgary Tower in downtown Calgary, Alberta.
Just a couple weeks ago I sold out of 25 limited edition prints of 'Infinite Red' featuring the Saamis Teepee in Medicine Hat (as part of my Hometown Series). Undeniably there's still a lot of room to play here as I look to round out some of my professional travel libraries in 2021.
