Cathedral Grove on Vancouver Island

Located within MacMillan Provincial Park in British Columbia, Cathedral Grove is an 800+ year old forest on the eastern side of Vancouver Island. A series of trails makes it possible to hike among the massive pillars (hence the name Cathedral Grove) of the towering Douglas fir trees. Even a brief visit will reward you with some truly iconic Pacific Northwest visuals.
 

Disney Springs at Walt Disney World

Located in Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs is a shopping and entertainment district at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Complete with shops, restaurants, and even tethered hot air balloon rides, Disney Springs ended up being one of the very first and very last places I visited for a few souvenirs while exploring Orlando.
