Editing Luke's Monthly Rehash: February 2010
This rehash marks 31 months of sharing my previously uploaded videos (that's since the first ELMR in August 2007). With my recent posts about the Oscars and with movies-on-the-brain, I thought I'd share one of the clips from my California Edits in 2004 - Hollywood & Highland/Tinseltown.
After checking it out again I realized just how poor the quality was (technically speaking - because of how long ago it was uploaded). Like I've been doing with a number of my clips lately, I added a few new finishing details and rendered the video in the highest quality possible to share again. As was the intention of my ELMR's, I'm made nostalgic by watching this footage again and realizing just how much I've done since I was standing there shooting this.
In a new context I seem to have a fresh perspective on a lot of my past work these days. If you've been to L.A. before I'm sure you'll have your own set of flashbacks watching this. Hollywood is quite a place. Enjoy.

I'm goin' to LA!!!!!! Oh, wait, I've already been there. But all I saw was door frames and sinks.... where the hell was stuff? I'll assume for now that it's all newly built since 2007....
Oh what a time that was - the lead up to your LA trip and me sharing some of my footage and stories with you . . . followed by your reactions and videos - and sweet hookups, haha. You should post your LA video on your blog.
